- Born a long time ago and have raced dinghies and yachts since 1965 at many clubs across the globe. Currently own Xwaves jointly with my wife Jo. Xwaves is an X-35 based in Ramsgate. Personal goal is to encourage more boats on the water at Ramsgate whether they be racing,cruising or simply enjoying being on the water. It is a great honour to be your Commodore at the Royal Temple Yacht Club and I sincerely hope that the General Committee will have been able to make a difference during my tenure.
Calling all members. Time to use your creativity and come up with a slogan that we can use to market Ramsgate Week 2010.

Now its time for a new slogan, all entries on this blog please and the winner (selected by me with no appeals) will be awarded a bottle of bubbly on 31st August 2009.

ReplyDeleteThose of us that go out racing at the weekend have a thoroughly enjoyable time. In Ramsgate Marina there are many yachts that do not take part in our racing.
How should we go about getting them involved.......?
